Workpay Terms & Conditions

By signing up through the Workpay Promotion (the "Promotion") offered by Workpay, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service and the following terms (the "Promotion Terms"), provided that in the event of a conflict the Promotion Terms shall govern. The period of three (3) calendar months of 50% discount of and access to the Services available under the "Launch," or  "Grow," Service Plans only as listed here (the "Discount Period") will begin on the date you run your first payroll with Workpay. At the end of the 50% Discount  Period, your right to access and use such Services will automatically terminate unless you enroll in one of the Service Plans prior to the end of the 50% discount Period; provided, however, that Workpay will generally continue to provide you with the ability to access your account in a limited capacity with respect to such terminated Services to view and download information that was available in your account at the time of termination of such Services. If you choose to enroll in a Service Plan prior to the end of the Discount Period, the period of nine (9) calendar months during which your fees for the "Launch," or "Grow," Service Plans shall be discounted by 20%. (The " 2nd Discounted Period") will commence on the calendar day immediately following the end of the Discount Period. For purposes of the 2nd Discounted Period, "discount" shall mean a discount from the current advertised price for Workpay services as listed here. Workpay may terminate the Promotion Terms and/or the Promotion or modify the Promotion Terms and/or the Promotion for any reason and at any time, at Workpay’s sole discretion, without notice. This Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, code, or offer and is void where prohibited by law. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
