The employer is required to compensate them at least 50% of their ordinary wage rate. After resuming work, the female employee is allowed one hour of unpaid leave to care for the offspring for a year. A health provider's certificate is an eligibility requirement.

Employees receive an annual 20- day paid sick leave. For eligibility, the worker should present a health provider's certificate.

Directors, administrators, board members, senior supervisors, and skilled workforce are allowed severance after providing 60 ongoing employment month services. Unskilled workers should serve a three-month probationary period.
